Louth is home to so many wonderful independent businesses who contribute to the charming character of our town. I popped in to see a number of our fantastic shop owners at the weekend to discuss how to best support them as we recover from the pandemic and #ShopLocal.

I had a wonderful visit to the Playhouse Cinema in Louth recently where I met manager James Pickworth to discuss their recent reopening and preparations for the cinema’s 100th birthday later this year!

Last week I joined fellow Lincolnshire MPs at Number 10 to discuss important matters for local residents and our county.

The aim of the Safer Streets Fund is to stop offenses that blight communities and cause untold suffering to victims from happening in the first place. 

Ensuring our local communities have access to reliable broadband continues to be one of my local priorities.

Following an engaging meeting with TED In East Lindsey's, Jane Berni about the Ageing Without Children programme, I met Cllr Patricia Bradwell, Deputy Leader for Lincolnshire County Council, to discuss the delivery of local domestic abuse and children’s services.
