I am deeply troubled by National Grid’s consultation in which they propose building electricity pylons across Lincolnshire.
I do not believe National Grid has meaningfully discussed an offshore alternative. I feel Lincolnshire is therefore being treated unfairly in comparison to other areas in the UK. I am calling for National Grid to run an independent review of offshore options for Lincolnshire's East Coast as they have agreed for East Anglia.
I am running this survey to ask people who participated in the consultation whether they believe National Grid has meaningfully discussed an offshore alternative and if they would support an independent review of offshore options for Lincolnshire.
