Objecting to National Grid's On-Shore Pylon Proposal for Lincolnshire

 I object to National Grid’s proposal for 140km of overhead lines being treated as the default option for Lincolnshire. We deserve to be able to have a meaningful choice on overland, underground or offshore options. I am calling for National Grid to give us an independent review into offshore options for Lincolnshire's east coast.

Victoria Atkins MP signs joint letter to NESO about pylon proposals

Victoria joined 16 fellow MPs in calling for transparency on new grid infrastructure. When the Government commissions NESO to set out a national strategic plan for the grid, this should set out fully costed options for all technologies – not just pylons.
