On 1st March 2024 I held a Flood Forum in Horncastle. It was incredibly useful to bring together a hundred constituents, representatives from the Environment Agency, our local councils, Internal Drainage Boards and Anglian Water.
This provided an opportunity for residents affected by recent flooding to ask questions about how the flooding occurred, what support is available and how future flooding could be avoided.
I’d like to thank everyone who attended the forum and the agency representatives who gave their time to appear on the panel.
