Victoria writes to new County Council Leader calling for Formal Withdrawal from GDF Community Partnership

Victoria has today written to the incoming Leader of Lincolnshire County Council, Cllr Sean Matthews, calling on him to follow through with the intentions of the previous Conservative Council in withdrawing from the Theddlethorpe Community Partnership as a matter of urgency.
