Victoria at the meeting

Victoria was invited to Alford Town Council's meeting last week about the Grimsby to Walpole National Grid Pylon proposals.

At the meeting, Victoria was clear that she objects to National Grid’s proposal for 140km of overhead lines being treated as the default option for Lincolnshire. We deserve to be able to have a meaningful choice on overland, underground or offshore options. Victoria is calling for National Grid to give us an independent review into offshore options for Lincolnshire's east coast.
