Victoria recently joined local residents in Horncastle at the VE Day 80 years celebration hosted by Horncastle and District Royal British Legion.

Victoria said:

“It was lovely to join local residents to commemorate the 80th anniversary of VE Day at a wonderful event organised by the local Royal British Legion branch. It was especially great to see the excellent local Banovallum Brass Band on top form again.

Honouring the extraordinary courage and sacrifice of those who secured peace in Europe is vital as we remember the brave members of our Armed Forces and the resilience of those on the Home Front who stood together in the face of adversity. Their legacy lives on in the freedoms we cherish today. We will remember them."
