Employment Rights Bill

Labour are making things even harder for businesses like yours.

Their Employment Right Bill would mean:

  • £5 billion in extra costs for businesses.
  • Fewer jobs and less flexibility for workers.
  • Employers must tell employees every year about unionisation, and allow unions to meet and organise in the workplace.
  • Private businesses have to allow unions access to their workforce to meet, recruit and organise.
  • More strikes, with less notice and lower turnout thresholds.

Forced unionisation and extra costs will impact every single business, every single year.
